Neil Beach, PE, Named Site Design Service Line Leader

We are pleased to announce that Neil Beach, PE, has been named Site Design service line leader at JMT. In this role, Neil will provide strategic leadership for our site design services.

With 28 years of experience in the site and civil engineering field, Neil has led multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating closely with architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, and designers. He has extensive experience guiding projects from early vision and concept development through design and construction, transforming ideas into places that clients and communities can enjoy for years to come. His expertise combines creative site planning with a deep understanding of project delivery, navigating the technical, regulatory, and stakeholder challenges of complex projects at the local, state, and federal levels.

As Site Design service line leader, Neil will help bring together expertise across our integrated JMT and Clark Nexsen teams, encompassing landscape architecture, civil engineering, and site planning services. He will foster collaboration among site design professionals, promote technical excellence, and help deliver innovative place-making solutions for our clients.

In this leadership role, Neil will leverage the collective expertise of our teams to strengthen integrated design solutions, enhance client service, identify emerging opportunities, and support the continued growth of our site development and placemaking capabilities. Through strategic leadership, mentorship, and cross-market coordination, he will help ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality site design services while expanding collaboration and resource-sharing across offices.
