Our medical coverage provides you and your family with the protection you need for everyday health issues or when the unexpected happens. We offer three flexible plans so you can choose the one that best fits your lifestyle and healthcare needs.
We offer two high-deductible health plans with a generous portion of your premiums covered by JMT. Additionally, we provide a company contribution to a Health Savings Account to help you manage healthcare expenses. For those who prefer a more traditional approach, we also offer a health plan for you as well.
All plans come with an opportunity to participate in our Wellness Program. This SIMPLE program is designed to alert you of any potential health risks early through biometric screening and preventive care visits.
Prescription
Our pharmacy program is designed to provide you with convenient and affordable access to medications. When you enroll in our medical plan, you gain access to a wide network of pharmacies, ensuring that you can easily fill your prescriptions wherever you are. The program includes coverage for both generic and brand-name medications. Additionally, our pharmacy program offers mail-order services, allowing you to receive your medications directly at your doorstep.
Telemedicine

We offer two vision discount benefits. A core plan and a buy-up plan option.
HSA & FSA
Pre-tax savings programs, such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), are designed to help you save money on healthcare expenses while reducing your taxable income.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to set aside a portion of your pre-tax earnings to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses. We offer a medical, limited purpose and dependent care FSA account to eligible employees.
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are available to individuals enrolled in high-deductible health plans (HDHPs). HSAs offer a triple tax advantage: contributions are tax-deductible, the funds grow tax-free, and withdrawals for qualified medical expenses are also tax-free. Additionally, HSAs can be used as a long-term savings tool for future healthcare expenses, even in retirement.
Both FSAs and HSAs provide valuable opportunities to manage your costs effectively while enjoying tax savings.
Life Insurance
Our life insurance benefits are designed to provide you and your loved ones with peace of mind and financial security. With our basic life policy provided by JMT and the option for you to elect supplemental life coverage, you can rest assured that your family will be protected in the event of the unexpected.
Retirement Plans
Our retirement plan benefits are designed to help you build a secure and comfortable future. We offer a Traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) 401(k) plan with a variety of investment options.

Disability Insurance
Our short- and long-term disability benefits are designed to provide you with financial security and peace of mind in the event of a pregnancy, unexpected illness, or injury. This coverage is provided 100% by JMT.
Caregiver Leave
This benefit provides employees with up to 4 weeks of paid time off to care for an immediate family member’s serious health condition, or to bond with a newborn/newly adopted child. This allows you to focus on what’s most important, family!
