JMT + Clark Nexsen: One Year Stronger Together

This month, we are proud to celebrate one year since JMT and Clark Nexsen joined forces.

Over the past year, our teams have continued building on a shared commitment to client service, technical excellence, and meaningful work in the communities we serve. Together, we’ve expanded our geographic reach, strengthened client partnerships, and grown our collective expertise across architecture, engineering, planning, and construction management disciplines.

This milestone also represents more than 160 years of combined legacy. Clark Nexsen, founded in 1920, and JMT, founded in 1971, both have tremendous records of history, experience, and industry leadership.

Through this partnership, we’ve expanded our AEC capabilities across key markets and services. Clark Nexsen adds depth in architecture, facilities engineering, and transportation, while reinforcing our shared strengths in education and federal markets. Today, our combined organization includes 2,850+ employees across 57 office locations, with JMT employees working across 16 states and Washington, D.C., and Clark Nexsen operating eight offices throughout the southeastern United States.

JMT, with the addition of Clark Nexsen, rose among ENR’s Top 500 Design Firms, reflecting the talent, dedication, and expertise of our combined teams.

Most importantly, this past year has been about people — our employees, clients, and partners who have helped make this transition successful. We are grateful for the collaboration, trust, and momentum we’ve built together and look forward to continuing to grow stronger in the years ahead.
