  • JMT Celebrates Completion of Two New Schools for the School District of Philadelphia

    The School District of Philadelphia (SDP) held two ribbon cuttings in December to celebrate the completion of the construction of two new schools, The Alternative Middle Years (AMY) at James Martin and Thomas Holme Elementary School. JMT has held the program management contract with SDP since 2020 and oversees the design and construction of school projects as an integral part of the agency’s Office of Capital Programs.

  • Mill Swamp Mitigation Banking

    In accordance with Maryland Environment Article 18-101(C)(1–2), JMT is required to issue a public notice upon reaching 30% design completion and to hold a public meeting at 60% design completion. This project was publicly announced through both the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. A public hearing, hosted by MDE, took place on April 7, 2025.
