Partnerships
JMT is eager to team with qualified small businesses on projects ranging from the local to the national level.
We team with firms that possess applicable certifications and registrations for the area, as well as pre-qualification to provide services to the particular agency. More specifically:
- Federal contracts: we seek teaming opportunities with small businesses that are certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as Disadvantaged, HUBZone, 8(a), Women Owned (WOSB), Veteran-Owned/Service-Disabled (VOSB/SDUOSB), and other categories identified by the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
- State and local government contracts: we team with firms that possess (as well as prequalification to provide services to the specific agency) applicable certifications and registrations for the area. Examples include disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority business enterprises (MBE), and women-owned business enterprises (WBE).
Our teaming partners are expected to possess the requisite experience and qualifications to perform the work. In addition, they must maintain the necessary insurance and bonding as appropriate, and be in good standing with taxation and health and safety agencies as well as with any other agency-specific requirements.
We encourage you to contact us about teaming on current and upcoming opportunities. We will likely request that you follow up with copies of your relevant company brochures/materials.
In addition, if you are interested in performing Federal work with us, we encourage you to register your firm in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov). Upon completion of this registration process, you will be directed to SBA’s Dynamic Search Database. Please visit www.sba.gov for more details about this process.
