New JMT Office Opens in Charleston, SC
We are pleased to announce the opening of our newest location in Charleston, South Carolina, with James K. O’Connor, PE as office manager. This office has been strategically located to better serve our facilities and transportation clients.

Mr. O’Connor, who joined JMT earlier this year as a vice president, has more than 24 years of demonstrated leadership in the Transportation, Marine and Buildings & Facilities markets in Charleston, throughout the southeast region of the United States, and overseas.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. He is registered as a professional engineer in seven states including South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, and also holds similar licensure as a Chartered Engineer in Ireland. He is a past president of American Council of Engineering Companies/South Carolina, a member of Federal Highway Administration’s Every Day Counts committee, and he supports the American Society of Civil Engineers as a Practitioner Advisor.
