SR 141 Project Wins ACEC Delaware Award
JMT’s Centre Road (SR 141), Kirkwood Highway to Faulkland Road project has been selected by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Delaware (ACEC Delaware) to receive its 2012 Engineering Excellence Conceptor Award. The award is given annually to the project which best demonstrates engineering design innovation that contributes to technical, economic and social advancement.
The completed SR 141 project, located in New Castle County, Delaware, addresses safety, capacity and multimodal deficiencies through the reconstruction and widening of one mile of arterial roadway.
ACEC Delaware is a nonprofit association of consulting engineering firms located throughout the state serving the public and private sectors. ACEC Delaware is affiliated with the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), headquartered in Washington, DC.
