Cardwell Collaborative

JMT (as ECM International) was part of the team providing project management services for the Cardwell Collaborative project. This transformative project consists of a 60,000 SF research and technology building located at the Medical Center of the Americas in central El Paso, TX.

The $21 million, highly sophisticated facility follows strict bio-safety standards and will serve as the cornerstone building in a biomedical innovation park and incubator for the southwest region of the US. Tenants include the Biomedical Institute of the Americas, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, MCA Foundation, Minerva Genetics, and other private biomedical companies.

JMT assisted the owner in the development of the master plan as well as a selection of the architect and contractors.
