I-95 Design-Build Widening

JMT designed the widening of more than 12 miles of I-95 in Florida.

This design-build project entailed widening 12.5 miles of I-95 from four to six lanes from north of the SR 60/Osceola Boulevard interchange to the Indian River/Brevard County line and replacing bridges over CR- 512 with a new bridge to provide three lanes with widened shoulders in each direction.

Other improvements included new drainage, rehabilitating existing drainage by installing cured-in-place pipe liners, 16 new cast-in-place and precast box culverts, lighting, signalization, ITS (Dynamic Message
Signs and cameras), signage, landscaping, and sound wall construction.
