JMT Facilities-Education staff, along with Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) staff and Baltimore County Executive John Olszewski, Jr., celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Chadwick Elementary School in Windsor Mill, MD, on Thursday, June 6, 2019.

The $45.1 million project will replace the existing school, which was constructed in 1966. JMT is providing construction management services for the project. The current school has 649 students enrolled and is 50,235 SF, according to the BCPS website. The new school will have a capacity for 735 students in a 99,616 SF facility.
