Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is pleased to announce we have been named the 2015 MidAtlantic Region Design Firm of the Year by Engineering News-Record (ENR).

ENR, a leading news source for the architecture/engineering/construction industry, designates one company per region as Firm of the Year. Its editorial staff, which chooses the featured regional firms based on a number of factors, cites our significant growth and high-profile projects among the reasons why we received this year’s designation.

JMT’s President John A. Moeller, PE, said of the honor: “Being chosen as ENR’s MidAtlantic Firm of the Year is a testament to our employee owners’ commitment to quality work.  With our strong corporate culture of teamwork, we continue to enjoy success together.”

Headquartered in Sparks, MD, JMT has worked on several significant projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including the I-95/I-695 interchange in Baltimore County, MD, the 11th Street Bridges in Washington, DC, Fairfax County Parkway in Springfield, VA, and, more recently, the SR 288 accelerated bridge construction in Lawrence County, PA.
