Owings Mills Boulevard Recognized for Achievement in Civil Engineering

JMT was honored by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Maryland Section with the Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Project (over $20 million) award for our team’s work on the Owings Mill Boulevard extension during the organization’s annual awards program on June 8, 2017.

Our team designed the two-mile-long roadway extension through an existing residential community in Baltimore County while avoiding sensitive environmental features. Read more about the project here.
