Earthquake Building Assessment Damage
Earthquake Building Assessment Damage
Numerous building assessments were performed after an earthquake struck the East Coast.
JMT provided civil and structural engineering services for the assessment of several Baltimore buildings damaged as the result of an earthquake.
After an earthquake that affected the eastern seaboard, JMT performed various building inspections to assess potential damage and safety concerns. JMT’s structural engineering staff inspected multiple schools, offices buildings, City Hall, police headquarters, several museums, parking garages, and bridges. Each was evaluated and a full report was issued with bracing, shoring, or repair recommendations.
